Depending on the type of audio issue you have, PTC will replace either your microphone, ear speaker or loud speaker. Speak to your PTC Technician about the issues you are experiencing and they will be able to help diagnose the problem.
We can repair most audio issues in around 30 minutes. However, for more recent iPhone or Samsung models, we require additional time due to the need to remove the adhesive attached.
