What does refurbished mean?
A phone that has been refurbished means that it is second-hand, in excellent condition, and has been thoroughly inspected for both internal and external wear and tear. Is used or refurbished better?
A used phone may simply mean a phone that has been purchased and used by another consumer–this does not indicate that the phone has been inspected for quality or had data removed.
