Do you need my SIM card for a phone repair?
That depends on the issue at hand. If you’re having trouble with data connection or communication functions, we will need to be able to test for potential causes and ensure functions are working as expected before we finish your repair. Speak with our Cairns-based repair team before leaving your phone with us if you have any concern about the privacy and protection of your SIM.
How do I know if I need the LCD screen repaired?
The LCD display is one of the most common replacements we do in-house. If your touch screen is no longer responsive, suffered severe water or weather damage, or has a crack that’s likely to grow in size without repair, you’ll likely need your display fixed.
Are your phone parts original?
No. We are a third-party who provide phone repair services in Cairns and we may not be eligible to use genuine parts for repairs.
