Terms and Conditions for Public Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Usage
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the EV Charging Stations provided by PTC Phone Tech & Comm. By using our Charging Stations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and any of those issued and required by that of the relevant account providers (Exploren).
2. Access to Service
The use of our EV Charging Stations requires a separate account through Exploren, not affiliated with PTC Phone Tech & Comm. You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of this account.
3. Service Availability
The EV Charging Stations are provided on an “as available” basis. PTC Phone Tech & Comm does not guarantee the availability of the service at any given time. Unforeseen circumstances may impact the availability of the service.
4. Charges for Use
Charging costs are determined and billed by Exploren. Rates can be found on Exploren’s website or app. By using the charging service, you agree to these charges. All relevant terms of use, terms and conditions, and fee schedules can be found at www.exploren.com.au.
5. Liability
PTC Phone Tech & Comm is not liable for any damage or loss to your vehicle while connected to the Charging Station, or located in the property. PTC Phone Tech & Comm offers no indemnity regarding any other product or account issued by Exploren. For terms and conditions regarding accessing the property, please refer to the PTC Phone Tech & Comm Car Park Policy, & Conditions of Entry.
6. Safety
You must follow all safety instructions and regulations while using the EV Charging Stations. This includes not causing any obstructions or hazards in the vicinity of the Charging Stations. Should any incident occur, please contact PTC Phone Tech & Comm to report as per the contact details. If there is any immediate danger, please contact emergency services on triple zero (000), and follow the relevant emergency response plan.
7. Misuse
Any misuse of the Charging Stations, including but not limited to vandalism or unauthorized modification, will result in termination of access to the service. Disciplinary action, including any legal action may also be pursued.
8. Data Usage
Data transmitted during the use of the Charging Stations is subject to the privacy policy of Exploren.
9. Amendments
PTC Phone Tech & Comm reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland.

PTC Phone Tech & Comm - Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations Terms & Conditions
PTC Phone Tech & Comm (PTC) hosts electric vehicle (EV) charging stations located at 110-116 Magnesium Drive, Crestmead QLD (the Site) for use by the public subject to the following terms and conditions. The host of the account and provider is Exploren.
1.General Use
You must have a legitimate reason to be on the Site and must comply with all directions given by PTC staff and signage displayed on the Site.
You are permitted to park in the designated EV charging station spaces solely for the purpose of charging electric vehicles. The charging station should not be used as a general parking area.
Your use of the charging stations is at your own risk. PTC does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the charging stations.
2.Charging
While parking is free, the cost for charging is not monitored or provided by PTC. It is billed separately through a third-party provider (Exploren).
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is compatible with the charging stations before use.
You must safely and correctly use the charging station as per manufacturer guidelines and in accordance with any instructions provided by PTC.
You must cease charging and move your vehicle once it is fully charged to allow other users to access the charging station.
3.Access and Restrictions
PTC reserves the right to limit the length of time vehicles may be charged and/or parked at the charging stations.
PTC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the charging stations if you breach these terms and conditions, misuse the charging stations, or use the charging stations in a way that may cause damage or loss to PTC or other users.
PTC may, at its discretion, request that you remove your vehicle from the charging stations at any time.
4.Damage and Liability
You must promptly report any damage caused to the charging stations or associated equipment to PTC.
You will be liable for any damage caused to the charging stations or associated equipment as a result of your misuse or negligence.
By using the EV charging stations, you accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. PTC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Please remember to respect all users of the charging stations and the Site by ensuring you park and charge responsibly.
