What phone repairs do you do?
Some of the most common requests we get are for:
- Cracked and damaged screens: These are the most common requests that we receive. We can repair a wide range of makes and models including iPhone Screen Repair and Samsung.
- Home button problems: Another common failure in mobiles is the home button, which can become stuck or completely unresponsive. Our team can repair, clean and replace home, power and sleep/wake buttons so you can regain full functionality.
- Device not charging: This is a common failure as your charging port gets a lot of use. It can be very simple for residue to creep in or for the port to become bent or broken, which means it is only a matter of time until your battery dies. You can trust our team to get your device charging correctly again.
- If your device has become water damaged, won’t turn on or has any other structural damage, our team will diagnose the problem, and if it can be fixed, we will get you back online quickly.
How does the booking process work?
We offer three convenient service options to get your phone repaired:
- Come to You: Our technicians come to your location for on-site repairs.
- Mail-In: Send your phone to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- In-Store: Visit any of our 80 stores nationwide for in-person repairs.
You can book your repair online or drop by one of our stores to get started.

How long does a typical repair take?
The duration of a repair can vary based on the type of service you need. For most common repairs, such as screen replacements, you can expect it to take around 30-35 minutes. Our skilled technicians work efficiently to ensure your device is fixed quickly without compromising on quality. For more complex issues, the repair time might be longer, but we’ll always keep you informed every step of the way. Rest assured, our goal is to get your phone back to you as soon as possible, fully functional and good as new.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on our repairs, excluding physical damage. For Apple devices, this warranty extends to a lifetime, except for physical damage. For more details, please visit our full terms and conditions.
