The original screen protector must be provided upon redemption of the One Time Free Replacement. The Screen Protector Replacement is only available for the same device. Transfers are not permitted.

Limited lifetime warranty, including  a One Time Free Replacement.

The original case must be provided upon redemption of the One Time Free Replacement. The Case Replacement is only available for the same device. Transfers are not permitted. If the replacement case is no longer available an exchange to a case of  equal or lesser value will be offered.

Tempered Glass Product Disclaimer
